Returns Policy for The Jerky Nuts

Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges based on change of mind or incorrect purchase. If you are unhappy with our product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@thejerkynuts.com.au or call 0413 765 550. For our team to assess any issues, please provide your order number and images of the product received within this timeframe. Each enquiry is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and you may be required to return the products received for assessment. If adequate images or the returned product are not provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
